o Level: Shell Finished – External completion with external aluminum casement windows & burglary external paintings and external security doors at ground floor & Ordinary American panel doors at external of other floors exclusive of the Electrical cabling & fittings, Plumbing & fittings, POP, Floor tilling, rooms’ wardrobes, internal doors, internal screeding, internal paintings, kitchen tops and cabinets which will be the responsibility of the subscriber
• There is also option of fully Finished interior to the subscriber’s taste
